Do you work with small businesses or only enterprise clients?

We work across a range of scales — from single-site SMEs to national enterprise organisations. If the problem is meaningful and the technology can help, we're interested in talking.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Most engagements start with a short discovery phase (1–4 weeks) where we understand your current state, define success criteria, and scope the work. We then move into design, build, and deployment. See our Engagement Model for the full picture.

Do you provide ongoing support after a project is delivered?

Yes. Most clients retain us on a support arrangement after delivery. We also build systems designed to be maintainable by your internal team, so you're never locked in.

Can you work with our existing systems and vendors?

Integration with existing infrastructure is our core competency. We are vendor-agnostic and have experience connecting a wide range of ERP, SCADA, CRM, and legacy systems.

How quickly can you start?

For urgent engagements we can often begin a discovery phase within two weeks of agreeing scope. For planned programmes we typically schedule a start four to six weeks out.

Do you travel for on-site work?

Yes. We regularly work on-site at manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and corporate offices across Australia. Travel costs are quoted transparently as part of the project scope.
